None! That's right no exercise will reduce fat from one area of your body. You might tone up a bit and look better because of having an improved posture but the only way to shift fat is to get your whole body into a fat buring fitness machine. Oh the almost magical fat burning zone. Yep the scientifically proven blah, blah, blah optimum heart rate for burning fat. You know in most cases it's not that hard to work out. Are you ready for a big secret? The best heart rate to burn fat is anything faster then what your heart rate is while sitting on the sofa watching tele and snacking on a bag of potato chips.

He he he… anything above that rate will work for most.

Forget the complexities of it all and just get moving. I don't need to know the complexities of my car engine all I need to know is I have to turn the key and it will start. Just exercise, you will change your workout methods, yoor walking or running pace or whatever, as you feel better. Just turn that key and get moving.

Amazing isn't it? We spend years piling it on but then one day we wake up almost as if we have been a coma and look down down at our belly and go my goodness where did that come from? Surely it wasn't there yesterday! And then we want it to go away NOW…

So now I want to tell you a parable. It's about a guy who kept chasing get rich schemes. He would join one and spend a whole heap of spondulies then he would jump to another and another and so and so on. His mate decided to follow one business plan and stick with it – in 3 months time who do you think was the most successful? NOT the guy looking for quick fixes.

So it is with losing belly fat quickly – if you are sensible and do things right compared to someone else trying to find the magic bullet, pill, secret, method, formula, etc, etc in 3 months time who will they be saying lost the weight quick? Yes you – so stop chasing the lose weight quick magic potions and get smart and sensible.

Now if you want to just drop some belly fat really quick for a special occassion or a wedding then by all means knock yourself out but if you after a long term sustainable solution then simply increase your exercise and decrease your calorie intake. Don't starve yourself either… you don't have to jump in with all guns blazing.

We have belly sliming methods that will help you lose 5 to 20 inches of your belly and not only that it will happen so fast.

Oh they make it sound so easy. How come we still have so many big bellies out there? Where are you going to be in 3 months? Still chasing one of the above redicolous fat potions where the only weight you have lost is in your wallet. Or are you going to have a smaller tummy because you started eating sensibly and exercising?

3 months isn't really all that long and if you stick with it everyone will think you lost your belly fat quick:)

I liked this video. Nothing unrealistic about it and it simply shows some of the junk food causes of getting a fat belly then breaks down into simple steps how to get rid of your excess fat. No magic pill type stuff but the right advise nonetheless.
